Package PNG graphics as print-oriented TIFF files with explicit resolution metadata, lossless ZIP compression, and optional transparency.
What DPI changes in a TIFF
DPI records the intended print density without adding or removing pixels. A higher DPI value makes the same pixel dimensions print at a smaller physical size. ZIP compression keeps supported TIFF pixels lossless.
How to convert PNG to TIFF
- Drop PNG artwork or upload production files from your computer.
- Open Advanced settings only when you need a different DPI or compression mode.
- Convert up to 50 files and download individual TIFFs or a ZIP.
When this converter is useful
- Deliver raster artwork to a print workflow that requests TIFF.
- Store transparent design assets in a baseline TIFF container.
Supported files and limitations
- Maximum input size is 50 MB; decoded-memory limits also apply
PNG to TIFF questions
Does changing TIFF DPI add image detail?
No. DPI changes print-size metadata; it does not invent pixels or increase the PNG pixel dimensions.
Do these files leave my device?
No. Supported files are inspected and converted in this browser tab. Up to 50 files can be queued; up to 30 smaller files or three 50 MB files can be processed at once.
